How to return a product to us
Return Policy for Online Orders
If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, it may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Understandably, we cannot accept returns on items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags attached and labels as shipped. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.
In order to process your return, please fill out the Return Form and enclose it with your package. Please allow 7-10 business days after the receipt of your merchandise for us to process your return. If you have any questions regarding your return, you may contact us at email@example.com.
Merchandise purchased online cannot be accepted for return or exchange at any of our retail stores. Likewise, merchandise purchased at any of our retail stores cannot be accepted for return or exchange online.
